سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع:

‎-يتم معينة المنتج اثناء انتظار المندوب وفي حين الرغبة في استرجاع او استبدال المنتج يتم تسليم الاوردر للمندوب و دفع مصاريف الشحن.

‎-لا يوجود استرجاع او استبدال بعد مغادرة المندوب.

‎-يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن في كلتا الحالتي

Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Customers may inspect the item upon delivery while the courier is present. We accept exchanges and refunds only at that time.
  • Once the courier departs, we will no longer be able to process any exchanges or refunds.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after the courier has left.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable and apply in all cases.
